Mystery Shopper
Mystery Shopping is a tool that has been utilised for decades by organisations wishing to look at their business, in all of its many shapes and forms, from the customer’s perspective.
Customers or clients visiting a business can only form a perception of that organisation’s quality through their experience and interactions. Everyone that visits your store or office has an opinion that will be revised after each visit. It is important that each interaction is positive and pleasant.
The Chamber’s Mystery Shopping Program is an added membership benefit available to all Chamber members, at an additional fee.
