News and Information

The Chamber News

The Chamber News is the Chamber’s fortnightly e-newsletter keeping members up to date with legislative changes, business proposals and opportunties, Chamber events and more. Advertising opportunities are available and are a good way to reach an audience of over 1000.

Topical News

The Chamber provides its members with updates of the latest information and issues that affect the business community. The Chamber ensures that members are always in the know.

Chamber Events

The Chamber Events e-newsletter is emailed to all members on the first day working day of each month. This provides members with details of current Chamber events and Workplace Relations Seminars for the month.

Advertising in the Chamber News

Advertising in the Chamber News is a great way to promote your business and educate the business community as to what services and events your business has to offer for the ACT and surrounding region. Advertisements are limited to 120 words and can include your company logo as well as links to websites or email addresses. Prices are $120 (+ GST) for Chamber Members and $300 (+ GST) for Non-Members.

Chamber Member of the Month

We are pleased to introduce a new Chamber Membership Benefit – Chamber Member of the Month.

 

Each month a different member will be presented with the opportunity to promote their business in the Chamber News, on the Chamber website and the Chamber Facebook page – all FREE OF CHARGE!

 

Each month we will be calling for entries from our members for this competition. All you need to do is email sarah.kentwell@actchamber.com.au with ‘Member of the Month’ in the subject header.

 

We will then pick a member at random who adhere to our terms and conditions, to be our Chamber Member of the Month! The Chamber Member of the Month will then have 2 weeks to provide advertisements – help with this can be provided by the Chamber.

 

Each month all entries will be deleted so you have to make sure you enter every month!

Distribution Dates & Deadlines

The Chamber News is distributed each fortnight on a Wednesday with the previous Friday as the deadline for submissions. Please contact the Chamber for current distribution dates. Please note that all advertisements submitted for the Chamber News and material for inclusion in mail outs are subject to acceptance and approval by the ACT & Region Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
